I recently had the pleasure of attending, and presenting at QCE 2026 in Toronto! I had an absolute blast, and beyond hearing from all the amazing speakers I was able to see my good friend Mohammad.

Minecraft servers were constantly being restarted when I played with my siblings growing up. The excitement of starting a new adventure always triumphed the feeling of dilly-dallying in more mature worlds. That or someone sets fire to anothers house, and we were forced to restart as a result of protest by those affected.

There was always something so exciting about fresh starts. Never having felt I got it on past runs, I would rush to start the world over, hoping to find that perfect minecraft waterfall to build my house next to. I never would find it.
